Once they become a customer, they can refer friends and earn a coupon equal to 15% of each eligible referred order.

● Track everything in My Account
View pending and earned coupons, plus referral status and dates.

Coupon & Reward Details

Important details to set expectations:

● Rewards are issued as online shop coupons only, not cash.

● Each Advocate coupon is equal to 15% of the eligible referred order total.

● Coupons can be used only on the JB Mobile Detailing online shop.

● You may refer as many friends as you wish.

● One coupon is issued per eligible friend order (each order = new earning = new coupon).

● Friend discount is 15% off the first order only; it does not apply to repeat purchases.

● Advocate reward continues on repeat purchases, as long as the referral is properly tracked.

● Not valid with other promotions/discounts.

● Not valid on gift cards.

Does my friend get 15% off every time?

No. Your friend receives 15% OFF their first eligible online order only. The discount does not apply to their repeat purchases.

Do I earn the Advocate reward only once?

No. You earn a new coupon equal to 15% of each eligible order your referred friend places, including eligible repeat purchases, as long as the referral remains properly tracked.

If my friend refers other people, can they earn rewards too?

Yes. Once your friend becomes a customer, they can share their own referral link or code and earn a coupon equal to 15% of each eligible order placed through their referrals.

Is my reward cash?

No. Advocate rewards are issued as online-shop coupons, not cash. Each coupon value is calculated as 15% of the eligible referred order total.

Can referral discounts or coupons be combined with promotions?

No. Referral discounts and referral coupons are not valid with other promotions/discounts.

Are referral discounts or coupons valid on gift cards?

No. Referral discounts and referral coupons are not valid on gift cards.

How can I share my referral?

How many friends can I refer?

As many as you want, there’s no limit.

When do I receive my coupon?

After the referred order is completed, your coupon will appear as an earned coupon.

Where do I track referrals and coupons?

In My Account → Referrals, where you can see pending and earned coupons.

How many coupons will I receive?

You receive one coupon for each eligible referred order. Each coupon is equal to 15% of that eligible order total, so multiple eligible orders can generate multiple reward coupons.

How is my 15% Advocate reward calculated?

Your reward is calculated from your referred friend’s eligible order total. For example, if their eligible order total is $500, you earn a $75 online-shop coupon after the order is completed.
